Hi, I’m Joe. I work at the Mount Cook Buildabody where I do personal training and lead group fitness classes. I really enjoy talking with all our members and the collaborative feeling at Buildabody. I am passionate about exercise and the positive effects it has on people, not only physically but empowering you mentally as well. I love the feeling of pushing yourself to do more than you thought you could by lifting heavier, running faster and cycling further. That’s what I want for my clients, to enjoy exercise. Whether it’s in the beginning learning the basics or pushing past goals and exceeding what was thought possible, I will be supportive, insightful and with a smile. This is why I love training and engaging with people in the gym. Working together to improve their health and fitness by pushing them to achieve their goals and getting to see the results first hand.
