We are looking for Coaches to join our team
Our ideal candidate would be coaching our members in our group training program as well as doing personal coaching. Our Strength and Conditioning coaches role is to coach and educate our members in leading a better lifestyle and teaching better habits, ultimately resulting in our members all getting leaner, stronger, better and pain free. You will be delivering a high quality product to give our members the best possible experience in the facility every single time.
You are highly functioning and willing to put in the work so your clients get the results they came to you for. You are expected to upskill yourself for personal development as part of our team. You have the ability to work with a broad range of people with differing abilities and goals at the same time.
Job role includes:
- Develop and design strength and conditioning programs
- Delivering group exercise classes and personal tuition in a variety of fitness activities in a safe and creative manner
- Demonstrating and teaching body movements and skills used in strength and conditioning practice
- Setting up and monitoring fitness equipment and ensuring that equipment is safe, clean and in working condition
- Teaching and advising on the use of fitness equipment
- Ensuring clients are aware of and adhere to safety and injury prevention procedures of training and maintaining high level health and safety standards, ensuring working practices and procedures conform to current legislation.
